Cashew Dill Cheese

Ingredients

– 1 cup of water

– 1 tsp. agar powder

– 1 cup cashew meal (or 1 cup raw cashew processed)

– 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

– 1 tsp. onion powder

– 1 tsp. garlic powder

– 1 tsp. dry dill

– sea salt and black pepper to taste

– 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil

Get 4-5 small ceramic containers and lightly grease them with a tiny bit of extra virgin olive oil using your fingers.

Place the cashew meal, nutritional yeast, onion and garlic powder, dill, sea salt and black pepper in a medium bowl.

Mix all together.

Heat 1 cup of water in a small saucepan to a medium heat.

When it boils, add the agar powder and whisk constantly for about 5 minutes. Turn the heat off.

Immediately, add the cashew mix and whisk energetically to combine the ingredients.

Spoon the mixture in the ceramic containers and put them in the refrigerator for an hour or so.

Decorate your cheese with fresh herbs to give a green touch!
