Gazpacho (cold tomato soup)

Ingredients

– 4 ripe tomatoes, peeled

– 1 small cucumber, peeled

– 1/4 onion

– 1/4 red bell pepper

– 1 clove of garlic (optional)

– 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

– sea salt, black pepper to taste

– 1 tsp. ground cumin

 

Procedure

To make this delicious and easy Gazpacho you need a blender, any kind works.

Cut the tomatoes and cucumber in medium pieces.

Put all the vegetables in your blender.

Add the extra virgin olive oil and seasoning with sea salt, black pepper and ground cumin.

(Also add a few ice cubes if you are going to drink it immediately)

Press the button and blend until creamy!

Serve it cold in small bowls and get a table spoon!
